Carter tries out a bun filled with red spicy fish paste which is a snack in southeast Asia. It is found in Malaysia, southern Thailand, Brunei and Singapore.

The sweet and spicy paste is known as sambal bilis or sambal ikan bilis which means anchovy chili paste. Is is a famous condiment that goes with the national Malaysian dish known as Nasi Lemak.
