This was our first episode ever and so you’ll see Andy introduce the idea of fish maw before Carter gets home from school. Then Carter joins in during the second half of the episode and he and Andy taste fish maw. 

The production is a little rough, but that is always the case when anyone starts a new project. However, the enthusiastic response to this episode gave us the encouragement to continuing making the show and refine it as we went. 

By the way, Fish Maw is the bladder of a fish that is fried. It is often eaten at holidays by people from Chinese cultures.
